Home delivery of medicines

To request home delivery of medicines, call 800 200 400 (free) and choose:

1. “MEO Care”
2. “Requesting Health Services”
3. “Request Home Delivery of Medications”
4. Please provide the pharmacy's address and the time when the pickup should take place
5. Please enter the desired shipping address

Before requesting the service, confirm your order with the pharmacy and make the payment.

Delivery is available 24 hours a day throughout the country and will be completed within 2 hours.

Use MEO Care Health in the private provider network

With MEO Care Saúde you have access to prices agreed in the Multicare network.

1. Search for the Multicare Network provider most convenient for you
   

2. Contact him directly and schedule your medical procedure
   

3. On the scheduled day, present your MEO Care Health Card and an official photo ID.
   

Note: If you do not have your MEO Care Card with you, request a code from customer Support customer 800 200 400; toll-free) by selecting theMEO Care option, followed by“Request Health Services,”and then“Code Assignment Without Card.” The code will replace the MEO Care Card for a single use within 24 hours.​

Who can join MEO Care Saúde (Health)

MEO Care Saúde has no age limits or exclusions for pre-existing illnesses or any other physical condition.

This plan is exclusively for MEO customers, individuals or Sole traders who, at the time of joining, have a fixed (TV, fixed internet or fixed telephone), convergent (bundle with TV, fixed internet or fixed telephone, including mobile phones) or mobile product Pay monthly SIM with MEO.

Joining MEO Care Saúde implies paying by direct debit and signing up to the electronic invoice.

There are two types of MEO Care Health:

• Individual, a solution just for you
  

• Family, which allows the inclusion of up to 4 additional beneficiaries from your household, in addition to the holder

The members of your household (beneficiaries) can be any age and do not need to be MEO customers.

MEO Care Saúde is a family health plan (for the whole family), with special, lower prices, discounts and unique advantages for MEO customers in the largest trusted medical network.

The same for all ages, with no maximum age to join and no minimum retention period. Anyone with an illness can join. No exclusions apply to existing illnesses. No retention period, no age limit, no waiting period (all the benefits, advantages and discounts immediately, at no extra cost), no exclusions.

Savings on care with private doctors, clinics and hospitals of national reference, major private groups such as Lusíadas Hospitals, CUF Hospitals, some units of the Luz Saúde network, SAMS clinical centers, Trofa Saúde Hospitals, Santa Madalena Dental Clinic, among others.
