MEO is testing network slicing on its 5G+ network

MEO has made the mobile Internet network slicing feature available on a pre-release basis on its 5G+ network, the commercial name for 5G Standalone (5G SA) technology. This pilot, called MEO Priority Pass powered by 5G+, involvesPersonal business customers , and represents a significant step in the evolution of the mobile network and in the development of advanced solutions capable of responding precisely to different usage needs.

What is 5G+?

5G+ is the new generation of the 5G network, designed to work completely independently of the 4G network. This technological evolution offers ultra-fast connections, advanced encryption and greater energy efficiency, contributing to a more sustainable future. 

Thanks to 5G+, it will also be possible to provide a dedicated path for each need, ideal for critical applications such as the Internet of Things (IoT), automated industry and remote healthcare. It is a network prepared for the challenges of the future!

What do I need to access MEO's 5G?
