Paying for the PlayStation®Plus service on your MEO invoice

This document establishes the rules governing payment on the invoice for the PlayStation®Plus service (electronic vouchers) purchased by customers from MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, S.A. ("MEO"), hereinafter "Terms and Conditions".

To join PlayStation®Plus, customer must be eligible in accordance with the conditions set out at https://www.meo.pt/ajuda-e-suporte. After signing up for the 12-month voucher for access to the PlayStation®Plus service, customer will receive a code on the mobile phone number or email address they have indicated to enter on their PlayStation. The value of the license subscription will be billed monthly for 12 months on the MEO invoice, depending on the subscription purchased, or charged in full on the bill following the subscription to the service.

As soon as you subscribe to the voucher, customer will start billing you, even if you don't use the voucher code immediately. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the moment it is linked to the Playstation Network account at customer.

Each customer can have a maximum of 2 vouchers to be charged at the same time. If you subscribe to a new code without the subscription to the previous code having ended, you will have two codes available, and customer will be billed for both services until the subscription period for the previous voucher ends.

If customer fails to pay the invoice or terminates its contract with MEO, the remaining monthly fees for the license subscription will be debited until the 12 months of the service subscription have elapsed, as the case may be.

MEO provides this service in partnership with SONY, the latter being solely and exclusively responsible for the content, operation and exclusive offers it makes available when purchasing the PlayStation®Plus service license, MEO being solely responsible for assigning the access code to the PlayStation®Plus service and for issuing and collecting the invoice associated with the purchase of this service.

By using this service, customer acknowledges and accepts that if it fails to make the payment it is obliged to make, MEO will be entitled to resort to legal and judicial means to comply with this obligation.
