Online Payments for Huawei Content and Services

This document establishes the rules governing online payment for Huawei Content and Services purchased by customers from MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, S.A. ("MEO"), hereinafter "Terms and Conditions".

MEO offers its customers customers an online payment method, allowing access to and purchase of content and services available in the applications marketed by Huawei services.

This payment method allows MEO's customers to make their purchases and pay for them via the MEO customer account (associated mobile phone number), via the monthly invoice or by deduction from the balance (for pay as you go tariffs), depending on the option indicated by customer.

The amounts charged by MEO will correspond to those owed by its customers to Huawei, according to the price determined by the creditor entities, which will be visible during the act of purchase, subject to validation by customer, with MEO having no influence or responsibility over said amounts, including in the case of price variations and charging of amounts different from those presented in the purchase process.

Considering that MEO is limited to providing a means of online payment for services and content available in the applications marketed by Huawei Services, MEO shall not be liable for any third-party application, content and/or service integrated in Huawei Services, its operation and compliance, nor for any abusive and/or improper use of customer 's equipment to make these purchases, except for facts attributable to MEO.

The conditions of use and commercial conditions, including prices practiced in Huawei Services, for the acquisition of Apps, music, movies or others, are defined by the entities that own them and not by MEO.

MEO provides this service in partnership with Huawei, the latter being solely and exclusively responsible for Huawei Services, their applications and content, and the entity that will issue the invoice associated with the purchase or any other document for tax purposes.

By using this service, customer acknowledges and accepts that if it fails to make the payment it is obliged to make, MEO will be entitled to resort to legal and judicial means to comply with this obligation.
