MEO offers its customers customers an online payment method, allowing access to and purchase of content and services available in the applications marketed in the Google Play Store.

This means of payment allows MEO's customers to make their purchases on the terminal equipment (Smartphone with Android system) and make the respective payment through the customer MEO account (associated mobile phone number), either on the monthly bill or by deduction from the balance (for pay as you go tariffs).

MEO only collects the amounts owed by its customers to Google, according to the price determined by the entities, which will be visible during the purchase, and MEO cannot be held responsible for any price variations or collection of amounts different from those presented in the purchase process. Nor will MEO be responsible for any third-party application, content and/or service integrated into the Google Play Store, its operation and compliance, nor for any abusive and/or improper use of customer 's equipment to make these purchases.

MEO will also not be responsible for the prices charged in the Google Play Store for the acquisition of applications, games, films or others, and is unaware of the conditions of use and commercial conditions applicable to them, which are defined by the entities that own them.

If customer wishes to pay via MEO, it must 1) select the product/service/application, 2) choose the payment method "use MEO billing", 3) confirm the purchase details, 4) enter its authentication credentials, 5) accept MEO's service conditions, 6) confirm the purchase. At the end of this procedure, you will receive a communication from Google informing you that payment has been made and that installation is underway.

MEO provides this service in partnership with Google, the latter being solely and exclusively responsible for the Google Play Store, its applications and content, and the entity responsible for issuing the invoice associated with the purchase, or any other document for tax purposes.

By using this service, customer acknowledges and accepts that if it fails to make the payment it is obliged to make, MEO will be entitled to resort to legal and judicial means to comply with this obligation.
