Between July 21 and August 31, 2026, when you purchase a 4G smartwatch compatible with the OneNumber service through the online store or at a MEO store, you’ll receive 12 months of the OneNumber service at no charge. What is OneNumber?

How can I join?
To subscribe to the service you need (1) compatible smartphone and smartwatch devices, (2) customer pay-monthly with plan eligible, (3) VoLTE activated on your card and (4) my MEO or MEO ID credentials. Pair your watch with your smartphone using the watch app on your smartphone. Follow the instructions and make sure your mobile data is switched on.
Please note:
(1) activation of the OneNumber service does not require the use or scanning of QR Codes at any time;
(2) during activation (which takes between 6 and 10 minutes) the smartwatch/smartphone devices must be nearby and connected via Bluetooth until the text confirming activation of the service arrives
(3) activation of the OneNumber service on a Samsung watch may not be completed if the watch already has another old eSIM installed. If this is the case, you will have to remove it so that the new eSIM for the OneNumber service can be installed in its place.
I received a notification that my OneNumber subscription is active, but I haven't installed the eSIM watch. What should I do?
This message appears because the eSIM installation eSIM your watch was not completed, for example, because the watch was unpaired or because another eSIM is already eSIM .
To complete the installation:
- Pair your smartphone with the watch again via Bluetooth and make sure you have an Internet connection.
- Apple : Open the Watch app and select Mobile Data.
- Android Watches: Open the Clock app and remove the eSIM .

Is my mobile plan eligible?
All MEO Customers and MOCHE pay-monthly mobile plans customers with active VoLTE technology can subscribe to the OneNumber service. Corporate business customers can subscribe to the service with prior authorisation from the account administrator. The service is not compatible with the Data Sharing service or Net Móvel plans.
Once you have activated the OneNumber service, what happens when you call my number?
(1) If both devices are connected (smartphone and smartwatch) and registered to the mobile network, they will both signal that a call has been received and you can answer the call on either device. Once the call has been answered on one device, it is not possible to transfer the active call to the other device.
(2) If only one device is connected, it will receive the call.
Please note:
(1) Once you have completed activating the OneNumber service on your smartwatch and in order for it to work autonomously (especially when in close proximity to your smartphone) you must turn off Bluetooth connectivity on the smartwatch. If you don't turn off Bluetooth, the watch will be "anchored" to the smartphone and won't register with the mobile network, thus inhibiting the OneNumber functionality. Examples:
a. If you have a call in progress on your smartphone, and you receive a second call, it cannot be answered on your smartwatch.
b. If you put the smartphone in flight mode, as the smartwatch is connected to the smartphone via Bluetooth, it inhibits the OneNumber service and the smartwatch will assume the same condition (flight mode) and in incoming calls, the caller will receive the indication of an unreachable number or will be forwarded to voice mail if it is active on your number.
On how many smartwatches can I have the OneNumber service active?
The service can only be active on one smartwatch. You can transfer the subscription to another smartwatch for free by deactivating it on the previous one.
Can I use voice, text and data on the smartwatch?
You can use voice and data that will be consumed from your minute and data allowances included in your
plan mobile. The sending and receiving of text is not yet supported. You can make calls from the smartwatch completely independently of the smartphone and the recipient will see the same number as if it were made from your smartphone. A call initiated on one device cannot be transferred to the other device.
Can I answer a second call on my smartwatch by putting the first one on hold?
Sim , as long as you have this feature active on your primary card. If so, it will also be accessible on the secondary OneNumber card installed in your smartwatch.
Can I make voice conference calls from my smartwatch?
It's not possible because smartwatches don't offer this option.
What happens when I turn off or put into airplane mode the smartphone with which I have activated OneNumber?
In this case, if your smartwatch is connected and registered with the mobile network, you will only receive calls on your smartwatch.
Can I use the smartwatch with OneNumber at Roaming?
You can't use the OneNumber feature on your smartwatch while Roaming. When traveling, you can only use it paired with your smartphone.
Can I transfer the OneNumber service to another smartwatch?
Sim, transferring the subscription to another smartwatch is free. Follow the instructions in the watch app on your smartphone.
On the Apple Watch you should pair your smartphone with the new smartwatch and in the watch app on your smartphone request to transfer your MEO mobile plan ("Transfer MEO Plan").
On your Samsung Watch, pair your smartphone with the new smartwatch and in the watch app on your smartphone proceed as if it were a new activation. The OneNumber portal will suggest the transfer option.
I have a compatible watch. What kind of smartphone do I need to activate the OneNumber service?
If it's an iWatch, you can activate the service using a smartphone Apple with the Watch app.
If you have a Samsung Watch, you'll need to use a Samsung Galaxy smartphone with the Gear app.
I removed the eSIM OneNumber on my watch by mistake. How can I recover the service?
Pair the smartwatch from which you removed the esim with the smartphone in which you have the main card. Then, in the watch app on your smartphone, proceed as if it were a new activation. Once you're in the OneNumber portal, you'll be presented with the option to recover the service.
How do I deactivate the OneNumber service?
You can deactivate your OneNumber subscription in the watch app on the OneNumber portal. To deactivate your OneNumber subscription in the watch app, you must choose Manage service and, once you have entered the OneNumber subscription portal, request that it be deactivated. Alternatively, you can contact customer service. Your smartwatch loses mobile connectivity as soon as the service is deactivated, and you receive a text informing you that the OneNumber service is no longer active. Removing the eSIM from the smartwatch does not in itself deactivate the subscription to the OneNumber service. After receiving a text confirming that OneNumber has been deactivated, you should remove the eSIM from the smartwatch. Alternatively, you can do this by contacting customer service.
You can reactivate the service whenever you wish. You can only use the free period the first time you activate the service.
