What is the Antivirus service?

This is a security software offering that protects devices from online threats and dangers, ensuring safe web browsing and preventing devices from being exposed to various threats (malware, spyware, phishing, ransomware, etc.).
It offers a range of features related to user security, such as parental controls, Wi-Fi protection, file encryption, and password management, among others. This offer is provided in partnership with Panda Security and is available for PCs (Windows) and smartphones/Tablet s (Android). Each license purchased can be used on one PC and one smartphone/tablet.
The service will be provided through Panda licenses, which will remain valid as long as your MEO service is active and being billed. The antivirus appears on your MEO bundle bill, in the “Internet” section.

How do I subscribe to the antivirus software?

To sign up for the antivirus service, you must have a fixed Internet connection on your MEO bundle .
To subscribe, log in to the customer portal atmy MEO:
- Choose the security solution you want to subscribe to, and complete the sign-up process by entering your email address.
- You will receive an email with the activation code and instructions for installing the software.

How do I install antivirus software on my PC?

After completing the sign-up process at customer my MEO , download the software from the email you received, which will redirect you to the Panda website, where you can complete the process.
If you have another antivirus program installed, you may need to remove it (Windows will notify you if the other program is incompatible and will provide instructions for uninstalling it; uninstall it manually from: Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs).

How do I install antivirus software on Android?

• Go to Google Play and download the Panda Dome Antivirus and VPN app.
• After completing the installation, open the app and select the “Enter code?” option.
• Enter the activation code, which is available at customer , customer , andmy MEO, and was sent to you in the service's welcome email.
• To enable the Anti-Theft feature, make sure you have a Panda account at https://myaccount.pandasecurity.com/

How do I install antivirus software on iOS?

• Create a Panda account on the Panda website.
• Click “Add Product” and enter the activation code in My Panda. Please note that this activation code is available in the customer section atmy MEO and was also sent to you in the service’s welcome email.
• Follow the steps in My Panda to set up the service.
• To enable the Anti-Theft feature, make sure you have a Panda account at https://myaccount.pandasecurity.com

How can I look up information?

Antivirus service management is available in the customer area atmy MEO.

Select the "Antivirus" option, and you'll see the following options:

• Sign up for new Panda Antivirus services.
• View the product keys for your subscribed Panda Antivirus services.

Can I switch plans, or am I locked into a contract?

There is no contract commitment. You can change your antivirus plan whenever you need to, switching from Panda Security Essential to Panda Security Complete. The change is linked to your active subscription, so there's no need to reinstall the service.

How do I enable parental controls?

Parental controls are included in the Panda Security Complete plan. After installation, simply go to the Family section in the Panda app to create profiles, set usage schedules, block content categories, and monitor your children’s online activity.

How many devices can one user protect?

Each user license allows you to protect up to 1 PC and 1 Android device. If you need to protect more devices or multiple family members, you can choose the 5-user version.

How do I enable the antivirus on the 5 devices?

After signing up, you'll receive the activation code and installation instructions by email. With the 5-user plan, you can use the same license to activate the devices included in your subscription by assigning them to different users.
