What is the Antivirus service?

This is a security software offer that protects devices from online threats and dangers, ensuring safe web browsing and preventing devices from being exposed to various risks (malware, spyware, phishing, ransomware, etc.).
It offers a range of features related to user security, such as parental controls, Wi-Fi protection, file encryption, and password management, etc. This offer is provided in partnership with Panda Security and is available for PC (Windows) andTablet Android). Each license purchased can be used on one PC andtablet.
The service will be provided through Panda licenses, which will remain valid as long as your MEO service is active and billed. The antivirus appears on the bundle bill, in the internet section.

How do I subscribe to the antivirus software?

To sign up for the antivirus service, you must have a fixed-line Internet connection included in your bundle .
To subscribe, log in to themy MEO customer portal:
- Select the security solution you wish to subscribe to, and complete the sign-up process by entering your email address.
- You will receive an email with an activation code and instructions for installing the software.

How do I install antivirus software on my PC?

After completing the sign-up process in the " customer my MEO" area, download the software from the email you received, from the " customer my MEO " areamy MEO by using the links: Advanced Protection (Panda Internet Security) or Premium Protection (Panda Global Protection).

If you have another antivirus version installed, you may need to remove it (Windows will notify you if the other version is incompatible and provide steps for uninstalling it. (Uninstall manually from: Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs).

- Click on Executar (Portuguese) or Run (English) to run the file

- Enter the activation code (available in themy MEO customer area and in the email sent)

- Click Accept and Install

- Select the location on your hard drive where you want to save the program

- Select the language

- Click Accept and Install again

- When the installation is complete, enter the activation code again, and you will be ready to use the service on your PC.

How do I install antivirus software on Android?

- Go to Google Play and download the Panda Dome Antivirus & VPN app.

- After completing the installation, open the app and select the “Enter code?” option.

- Enter the activation code, which is available in themy MEO customer areamy MEO was sent via email in the service welcome email.

- To activate the Anti-Theft feature, make sure you have a Panda account at https://myaccount.pandasecurity.com

How can I manage the service and consult information?

You can manage your antivirus services in the "my MEO" customer area.

Select the Antivirus option to access several features:

- Sign up for new Panda Antivirus services.

- View the keys for your subscribed Panda Antivirus services.

- Access the user manuals for the respective Panda Antivirus versions.

- Download the latest versions of Panda Antivirus software.

How can I learn more about using Panda Antivirus?

You can consult the user manual for all the software features in your my MEO customer area or on the Panda Security website.
