We celebrate Women's Day every day

We are free and equal and have the right to be treated as such.

Women and gender equality deserve to be celebrated throughout the year.

Bárbara Tinoco

In 2018 she took part in the program "The Voice Portugal" and, although she wasn't selected, she had the opportunity to perform an original song.
At the end of 2019, she was invited to perform the first part of João Só's tour, making her solo debut at the Cineteatro Capitólio.
In 2020 she won 2nd place in the grand final of the RTP Song Festival. Even though she didn't win, the song received the highest rating from the public.

Carolina de Deus

A 21-year-old singer-songwriter from Lisbon, Carolina de Deus has a wide range of influences, from Amy Winehouse and The Beatles to Bárbara Tinoco, Jorge Palma and António Zambujo.
Self-taught on the piano, she took her first steps in music at the age of 18 in the La Banda television competition, broadcast on RTP, in which she was a finalist.

Nena

Nena is a singer-songwriter from Lisbon.
She felt a great passion for music from an early age, having written her first song when she was just 12, but it was only in 2019 that she dedicated herself to it professionally, thanks to the encouragement and support of João Só.
Her influences range from John Mayer to Taylor Swift, as well as Sara Bareilles, the Dixie Chicks and Maro. When she writes her songs, the lyrics and the music are usually born simultaneously, and love is the most recurrent motto in her compositions.

Joana Almeirante

She is a musician from Santa Maria da Feira. Her musical career began at an early age when, at 13, she started at the "Acorde" school, where she had her first serious contact with the guitar. He later enrolled on the professional course for jazz instrumentalists in Guitar at the JOBRA Conservatory of Music.
At the age of 18, after completing this stage of his training, he joined Miguel Araújo's band, where he has remained to this day.
He now performs solo in voice and guitar format, and is already working on original songs.

Ana Mariano

Passionate about music since the age of 11, she learned to play the guitar with the main aim of putting her writing to music. A singer and songwriter, she made her debut in 2019, the year in which her first single "Ordinary View" was part of the FNAC Novos Talentos album. Her debut EP "Everything I Touch" featured five songs, three of which have already been heard by Portuguese radio stations, including Antena 3, SBSR and Vodafone FM. He is now preparing to release his first album in Portuguese, from which he has already released the single "Girassóis à Beira-Mar".

"I'm always looking for signs in my life that point me in the right direction in my constant quest to express myself. I realized that "Sorte Grande", the song in duet format that made it possible for me to pursue a career in music, was released ten years ago. The success it achieved was made possible with the precious help of a dear friend, Lúcia Moniz, who lent me her talent and showed me that sometimes songs can be even bigger.

This realization made me reflect that it has often been women who have pushed me, held me up, inspired me and taught me so many things. Starting with my mother and my aunt, who made me a musician from the cradle, through to my wife, who inspires and is in so many of my stories, to other wonderful human beings with whom I have worked and who have marked me, and who happen to be women.

I decided to make an album with these pillars of my building in mind and invite them to sing the story of a grateful man as a duet."
