Are you planning to port your number? Fill out this form and bring your numbers to MEO.

To complete the request, you’ll need:

  1. Enter the MEO account holder's tax ID number;
  2. List up to 5 numbers (landline or mobile) for number portability;
  3. Attach the required documents (up to 10 files):
  • For landlines:
    Landline portability form (instructions for filling outtheform)
  • For mobile numbers:
    Mobile number portability form (instructions for filling out the form)
  • Identification document for the holder of each number

You can attach up to 10 files in JPG or PDF format, with a maximum total size of 10 MB. To select multiple files from the same folder, use Ctrl + click (Windows) or Command + click (Mac). You can also combine them all into a ZIP file.
