(1) The degree of availability of the Fixed Network after the Kristin Depression is the best estimate to date, taking into account the active network and passive network.
The active network consists of the operator's main equipment—such as switches and routers that manage internet traffic and distribute signals—however, this does not guarantee that all individual connections in homes in the area are already operational, because the fibre network fibre divided into parts: the active (the central "brains") and the passive (the cables and splitters that carry the signal to your door).

As the active network is restored, we may find new faults in the passive network, such as broken cables or damaged connectors near homes, requiring specific local interventions in each affected section or residence.
