Change of conditions on 01-11-2019

Improved reporting of internet speeds

In order to clarify, clarify and improve the description provided in the conditions of our services regarding internet speeds, we have amended, with effect from 01-11-2019, the annexes to the conditions regarding fixed and mobile internet access speeds. In particular, the concepts associated with the speeds presented have been clarified:

  • Normally Available Speed, Minimum, Maximum and Announced Speed for fixed network accesses;
  • Estimated Maximum Speed and Announced Speed for fixed internet access via mobile network e;
  • Estimated maximum speed of mobile internet access via mobile network.
