Filipe also collaborates on energy transition and intermodality projects, as well as being at the forefront of technological implementations such as 5G and digital twinning for critical infrastructures.

José A. Palma

Head of Digital Transformation Telco Engineering, MEO

José Palma is a senior manager at MEO, where he leads the Telco Digital Transformation Engineering Unit. He plays a key role in integrating emerging technologies, such as 5G, the cloud, APIs, AI, and data management platforms, contributing significantly to the company’s innovation and progress in the digital age.

José Palma has over twenty years of experience in ICT, engineering, and telecommunications, with a broad organizational and technological perspective on telecom operators, including Telco Cloud virtualization and cloudification, 5G, automation, and agile methodologies. By championing and promoting the path to digital transformation in the telecom sector, he helps drive transformative projects that not only raise MEO’s profile in the telecommunications market but also set new standards for excellence and efficiency.

David Oliveira

Head of Transaction Strategy Execution at EY-Parthenon & EY

David is a Principal in EY-Parthenon's Transaction Strategy Execution practice.

With more than a decade of experience in consulting projects, he supports customers in acquisition processes by identifying synergies, preparing operational and IT due diligences, and preparing and implementing post-transaction integration programs. In the same context, she helps customers dispose of assets that they want to sell, divest or raise capital for and that need to be removed from their ecosystem.

She is also the leader of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector at EY Portugal, where she works with all the competencies to put together the best team for the most complex challenges. He has a degree in Economics from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, a postgraduate degree and a master's degree in Technology and Information Systems from ISG and an MBA in General Management from Católica | Nova, The Lisbon MBA.

Nuno Nunes

With a professional career based on almost two decades of experience in the telecommunications sector, Nuno Nunes has held management positions at NOS and was Corporate Commercial Director at Oni Telecom. He has a degree in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications from ISEL and a post-graduate degree in Leadership & Management from ISEG.
