MEO, as a company with high social responsibility, which promotes inclusion and aims to be an engine of innovation and social transformation through technology, provides various solutions that allow end users with disabilities to enjoy certain features and applications in the field of communication and digital inclusion.

How can I complain if I'm a user with special needs?

Complaints from users with special needs can be submitted in person or remotely. In either case, MEO ensures that users with special needs will have the assistance of employees dedicated to registering and processing complaints. Whenever necessary, MEO employees can provide assistance with interpretation in Portuguese sign language through Serviin.
